la vaschetta è stata allestita il 26.06.2008 con l’intento di creare uno scorcio del lago di Garda, (ispirazione presa dopo la visita ELOS), per l’allestimento questa volta ho provato la dennerle, e devo dire che mi sono trovato veramente bene, sia per quanto riguarda la crystal line, cioè le miniature in vetro per Co2, che per il substrato, dove la calli è cresciuta benissimo. Questo video che vedete qui a fianco è una raccolta di foto dell’allestimento. Per l’effetto “lago” ho usato uno specchio 10x15 mentre per lo sfondo una fotografia raffigurante nuvole e retroilluminata per aumentare il senso di realismo e profondità

16.11.2008 Sono veramente contento, non avrei mai immaginato di riuscire ad rientrare tra i bravissimi aquascaper che ogni anno vincono questi concorsi, anche se le critiche non sono tutte positive, significa che dovrà affinare maggiormente la mia tecnica, da qui potete leggere i risultati.

"A very clever design idea, especially with the background sky/clouds and bare patch of glass at the aquarium's bottom representing the lake. I do feel the layout could be improved considerably with more carefully positioned rock work and plant maintenance/pruning. A moss may have worked better than the Hemianthus? However, top marks for ingenuity! " —George Farmer

"Very nice "cliff" design, with good tension between the right and left, and lines that lead the eye back into the frame. I'm not sure how practical your "lake" is, nor how much it and the cloud background add to your design. With a strong design like yours, you should let your good work speak for itself!" —Karen Randall

"The tank's right side is wonderful. The lean of the rock ledge is perfect. The plantings flow nicely. The left side, however, is a disaster. The two rocks are an obvious afterthought and offer neither balance nor sense of permanence.
